Roger Alde Williams helped bring television to Tustin.

Roger, Dorothy and daughter Darla moved to Tustin from Perris, CA in 1946 where Roger went to work for Albion Hendricks owner of Tustin Radio located in the Knights of Pythias Building.

In 1953, Roger bought the business, renaming it Tustin Radio and Television.
Roger serviced many TVs for the citizens of Tustin in addition to being the dealer for RCA and other brands.

Roger was the first president of the Tustin Chamber of Commerce, a position he held for 2 years. He was also a Volunteer Fireman and a Reserve Police Officer.

Along with Bill Moses he was one of the founders of the Tustin Tiller Days.

Dorothy worked as a teller for the First National Bank of Tustin.
Darla graduated from Tustin High School and married classmate Michael John “John” Mitchell.

The Mitchell’s still reside in the North Tustin area.
